She has started, developed and spun off several companies and invented award winning products. She refers to herself as a “serial entrepreneur”. Her knowledge includes working with some of the finest and diverse Fortune 500 com-panies, in a wide range of industries: from computers to beauty products.
Early on Marlene’s entrepreneurial spirit took over and she opened her first company. With her assembled team they helped launch the first lap-top clam shell computer.
During this time she pioneered several proprietary training methods that have become standards. Her creative programs have repeatedly resulted in expanding sales, increasing customer loyalty and expanded revenue volume when implemented.
